Hi, As we are near to FedoraHosted Sunset I would like to request to migrate fedora-apac trac to ambassadors-apac. This should be done similar to other ambassadors groups and its tasks projects. Please also note that I am not a Fedora Ambassador. Also there is ticket open for this in fedora-apac trac.
Regards, Parag.
ok. I have migrated the trac instance over and set the old trac to be read-only.
https://pagure.io/ambassadors-apac/issue/260 is the new location of that old ticket.
Can you take a look and adjust whatever you want and then we can setup redirects for the old trac links.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Metadata Update from @kevin: - Issue close_status updated to: Fixed - Issue status updated to: Closed (was: Open)
The migration looks good to me. We can setup redirect for the old trac. 👍
Done.

Hi Kevin, So I want to confirm, before the migration, fedora-apac trac send email to apac@lists.fedoraproject.org each time there is an update to ticket. So do we have such emails enabled for ambassadors-apac pagure as well?
Besides, I wanna know who can close the ticket https://pagure.io/ambassadors-apac/issue/260 ? AFAIC I cannot.
zsun, The problem with APAC ambassadors people are that there has been no meeting happened since at least last six months. As I am not ambassador I did not find any way easy to communicate to ambassadors. Whoever I know in India, I added them in pagure ambassadors-apac project. I know you are ambassador so I wanted to add you as well but could not find you listed https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ambassadors/MembershipService/Verification#China_.285.29 here. Maybe I was looking at wrong place.
I cannot email to ambassadors list and no one is organizing any apac meetings so it become hard for me to communicate all apac ambassadors. I have added you now. Please close the ticket https://pagure.io/ambassadors-apac/issue/260
Please create a group for apac ambassadors who are really active and add them. I have removed myself now.
Well I don't know but I cannot remove myself from ambassadors-apac project. Kevin, please remove me from that project.
Looks like I manage to remove myself, just that it gave me message "You are not allowed to change the settings for this project" and I keep seeing old settings page. After refresh I see I got removed.
Thanks for the updates. I am amazed to see myself in Unknown area now (I am shown in China there before). Yes I know there have been no meetings for long after the meeting time changed. I will send out an email on the migration to them later on.
Thanks for all of your help.
It would seem that I can close the ticket referenced in this thread. I have asked on that ticket whether it should now be Closed.
@sankarshan Thanks. I see you've already closed the ticket there. I get the privileges on ambassadors-apac now and will figure out what is still needed and file separate tickets.
