I noticed I couldn't run the groups/anitya.yml playbook today.
If I could get those permissions that would be pretty cool
Odd. You should have those permissions...
What command are you running and what error is it giving you?
[jcline@batcave01 ansible][PROD]$ sudo rbac-playbook groups/anitya.yml Password+Token: user jcline is not authorized to run groups/anitya.yml [jcline@batcave01 ansible][PROD]$
My other ticket was for the upgrade playbook, but I wanted to adjust some configuration before updating the package.
It seems I also don't have permission for the upgrade book :(
[jcline@batcave01 ansible][PROD]$ sudo rbac-playbook manual/upgrade/anitya.yml user jcline is not authorized to run manual/upgrade/anitya.yml
Yeah, the upgrade one wasn't in there... I have added it. Still puzzled by the other one not working.
Perhaps I didn't push it out? Can you test with both again?
Both work now (although it looks like my upgrade playbook needs work since it didn't do much)
[jcline@batcave01 ~][PROD]$ sudo rbac-playbook manual/upgrade/anitya.yml EXECV: /usr/bin/sudo -i /bin/bash -i -c cd /srv/web/infra/ansible ; /usr/bin/python2 /usr/bin/ansible-playbook /srv/web/infra/ansible/playbooks/manual/upgrade/anitya.yml PLAY RECAP ********************************************************************* logs written to: /var/log/ansible/ansible-cmd/2017/02/15/19.48.33
Womp womp. I'll look into it tomorrow morning since it's getting pretty late.
Anyway, thanks! I think I'm all set now.
Excellent.
