#5769 Add pagure email address to 389-commits mailing list
Closed: Fixed 7 years ago Opened 7 years ago by mreynolds.

We have migrated off of trac to pagure, and pagure does git push notifications. We want to send these notifications to: 389-commits@lists.fedoraproject.org but we need "git@pagure.io" to be allowed to post to the list. Can this email address be added to the "allow list"?

You seem to be an owner of the list (with mreynolds@redhat.com address) (and I added your fedoraproject.org address too for ease).

You should be able to adjust the header filters, etc.

I'd be happy to do so, but I don't have any of the emails in front of me to look at what would be best to filter on.

I just tried setting the header to From and the regex to: /pagure.io/ and the action to allow. I need to test this yet, but does this look correct?

That's not working, i still get asked to approve the message. So any tips on how to set the header filter would be great!

Can you use X-Git-Repo: and 389-ds-base ?

Perhaps @abompard knows the most 'correct' way to do this?

I tried header "X-Git-Repo", and pattern "389-ds-base", but it did not work.

I keep getting emails like this:

As list administrator, your authorization is requested for the following mailing list posting:

List: 389-commits@lists.fedoraproject.org
From: git@pagure.io
Subject: [nunc-stans] 01/01: Fix README

The message is being held because:

huh, can you try just mass subscribing git@pagure.io ?

Yay, that worked! Thanks again Kevin!!!!!

Closing issue.
