#5757 RFE: get robosignatory stats into collectd

It might be nice to have the fedmsg-hub stats for collectd available for robosignatory. That way, you can look to see if it is backed up and busy dealing with some package.

The source for that is here: https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedmsg-health

But before we can update that page, I think we have to get the stats out of robosignatory and into collectd (and I can't actually find the node where robosignatory is running to do it myself).

This runs on autosign01, which has sshd turned off most of the time (so the only access is via a management console and direct login via root there).
