As I predicted in ticket 5583, another ppc64-only package problem has arisen. The polyml package is failing to build on ppc64, in a way that doesn't look easy to debug by submitting scratch builds with embedded log statements. Could I, please, have access to a ppc64 instance again to debug this issue? As before, I just need something that can run mock. Thank you.

Okay, I've got polyml building successfully and passing tests on ppc64. Turns out that upstream did all the hard work for me. I just had to pick out the right git commits.
