and other builds.

So, this issue happens if we pass kojipkgs traffic via our proxy servers instead of directly to the single kojipkgs instance.

I've reverted our setup to point kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org internally to just kojipkgs01 and I have filed a koji ticket ( https://pagure.io/koji/issue/290 ) to try and add some validation or retries to the koji src.rpm download method.

So, I am closing this for now in favor of the upstream koji ticket and builds should all be back to normal.
