Issue #5693: appliance-tools project moved from fedorahosted to pagure - fedora-infrastructure

I've taken over appliance-tools from @ausil and moved it to https://pagure.io/appliance-tools

I don't know if there was a Trac or anything, but I moved the git repository.

Yeah, there was no trac instance that I can see.

I set the fedorahosted git repo to be read only.
