Sometime before Fedora 26 alpha, I will need to deploy fegistry into production. fegistry is a small Flask app that will act as a caching proxy server for stable-registry.fedoraproject.org. I don't know how many hosts we should give to fegistry, so we can start with just one or two, or whatever you think is appropriate. I presume we can put these behind the same load balancer that we use for other Fedora apps.

If it's acceptable to the infrastructure team, I'd like to deploy fegistry on Fedora 25, as it already has all the Python 3 dependencies it needs. If that's not acceptable, I will work on getting the needed dependencies into EPEL 7.

We should keep registry.fedoraproject.org pointed at the OSBS registry (i.e., stable-registry.fedoraproject.org) until we have Fegistry deployed.

It would also be good to have staging hosts.
