We are doing mass rebuild of ruby related pkgs for ruby 2.4, and rubygem-gio2-3.1.0-2.fc26 is needed for subsequent ruby-gnome2 related pkgs' rebuild. But although rubygem-gio2-3.1.0-2.fc26 build finished more than 3 hours ago, newrepo for f26-ruby24 does not appear yet.
