paste.fedoraproject.org supports "projects", basically namespaces for pastes, e.g.: https://paste.fedoraproject.org/~ftweedal/all/
I want to use https://paste.fedoraproject.org/~freeipa-ci/. Visiting this namespace results in a 404.
Further experimentation suggests that the failure occurs for any non-alpha chars.
Well, as is documented on the Help page: "Project names can contain letters (a-z) and period (.) and are case insensitive.". So the - character can't be used for project names.
OK, period too, good to know (not sure how I missed that in the docs).
Still, it is quite restrictive. How difficult would it be to add support for other printable ASCII chars?
This is not likely to happen. We are very close to replacing sticky-notes entirely with modernpaste. So we really don't want to spend anymore time on sticky notes and would prefer to try and enhance modernpaste.
You can see a staging instance at https://modernpaste.stg.fedoraproject.org/

Fair enough; thanks for your work.
