runc rpm builds are failing for fedora-rawhide-ppc64, and I'd like to request an instance so that I can debug this.

Done. The instance is at 209.132.184.101 and you should login as 'fedora' with your fas ssh key (and sudo from there).
Please let us know when you no longer need the instance so we can free up the resources.
