It looks like koji v1.11.0 broke at least some parts of the koji fedmsg plugin (it broke the rpm.sign messages at the very least) because the arguments passed into the messages changed.
We need to check each and every message type to see whether it's still valid.

(I fixed rpm.sign)

I think we're probably good on this one since no one is hollering. :)
