RPM have been updated recently (Dec 11th) => http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Everything/x86_64/os/repodata/

SRPM have not been updated since Nov 28th => http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Everything/source/tree/repodata/

This looks like a pungi bug.
