The Community Blog is no longer able to accept image uploads and gives a generic error saying an image could not be uploaded when someone tries.
This was briefly discussed in an IRC channel, but figured I would make a ticket to keep track of it. This could be caused by a number of issues. I noticed after the maintenance window a while back, but it was also the first image I tried uploading after December. WordPress could be trying to create the uploads/12 directory unsuccessfully because of SELinux policy. Alternatively, it could be SELinux blocking the image upload altogether (something that I had to fix on my own blog before too).

It's worth noting that the Magazine does not have this issue, only the Community Blog. I think @puiterwijk might need to look at this ticket because this is an issue he has resolved before.
