Summary

From the Community Blog admin panel, site admins are no longer able to update plugins (the prompt for FTP/FTPS information appears).

Description

This is something that has popped up before, and usually happens after an upgrade or maintenance windows. I think @puiterwijk knows what the fix to this is, so this ticket might be best handled by him.
