We ended up creating the namespace that will be used to store automated checks for Taskotron a while back but after some discussion, decided that it makes more sense to use the 'test-' prefix instead of the '-checks' postfix for the various bits that are going to have automated checks associated with them.

There is no data in the 'rpms-checks' namespace right now so it can be deleted and re-created as 'test-rpms' if that's easier.
