Fedora badges "about" page said to go in IRC in fedora-apps. Once there, patrick said to create a ticket in Infra...

I believe gnokii is the one who has permissions to award the release party badges. Please contact him at gnokii@fedoraproject.org
I sent an email to @gnokii I'll come back to close this ticket once badge is granted (hopefull gnokii will solve this)
