https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=rawhide-debug&arch=ppc64 doesn't work

@adrian @pingou Looks like the issue here is that mirrormanager is pointing to:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora-secondary/development/rawhide/ppc64/debug/repodata/repomd.xml
but the actual right content is at:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora-secondary/development/rawhide/Everything/ppc64/debug/tree/repodata/repomd.xml
Some issue in umdl?
@kevin: this can be manually updated in the interface for admins.
It was broken for all secondary/alternate architectures. I changed the directory_id in the database and now it works:

I guess this was a left-over from the move to include Everything also in rawhide. I vaguely remember having to do this also for other architectures.
I would close the ticket but I do not see how.
