ClusterLabs is an informal entity subsuming various cluster/HA related
projects (see http://clusterlabs.org).

This collective ownership, as also applied in GitHub
(https://github.com/ClusterLabs), would be preferably mirrored
in FAS, primarily to utilize COPR for CI.

The group is now created and you should be able to add whoever you like and edit it's information.

Let us know if theres anything else you need.
