#5557 EPEL updates stalled in Bodhi

I have two updates that seem to be wedged. One, for EPEL 6, has been in the "pushing to stable" state for several days now and the other, for EPEL 7, hasn't been marked as eligible for stable even though it's been 16 days now. The updates are FEDORA-EPEL-2016-0de1820cc9 and FEDORA-EPEL-2016-f376ab2bd7 respectively.

There have been issues with the updates pushes this week... hopefully those will go out today.
