Summary

A fedmsg IRC bot would be useful in #fedora-diversity for events related to the Diversity Team.

Analysis

The IRC bot would be ideal to only include Pagure notifications and mailing list activity (that I can think of off the top of my head). All notifications from these places should be relayed, in addition to anything matching the keyword "diversity".

Implementation

1. Update ircbot.py to include above criteria for #fedora-diversity channel
2. Test changes in channel
3. If successful, deploy!
