Summary

Marketing successfully migrated from Trac to Pagure last month, and wants to redirect Trac traffic to our Pagure repository.

Analysis

Earlier this month, I was talking to @kevin and he mentioned it would be possible to "retire" a Trac by redirecting traffic on the fedorahosted.org domain to the Pagure repository for the team. I would like to request this for the Marketing Trac.

Implementation

1. Retire / close FedoraHosted instance.
2. Redirect URL from Marketing Trac to Marketing Pagure
