I wonder if this could be related to this issue with Postorius ? Would you mind trying to unsubscribe from one of the instances and see if that resolves your issue?

It came to notice that kde mailing list somehow got subscribed to two of my email addresses. When I go to kde mailing list page i can't figure out a way to switch emails.
I had to unsubscribe from both email and then subscribe back using the desired email address. Not the best experience.
How are these Pagure tickets closed?

Another finding. If I comment via Postorious then it will automatically subscribe me to the other email.
I user ml@sudhirkhanger.com primarily for mailing lists. I also have sudhir@sudhirkhanger.com associated with Mainman (for reasons I don't know or remember). I just created a post via Postorious and it automatically subscribed sudhir@sudhirkhanger.com to the kde mailing list.
Can you file an upstream hyperkitty bug on this? I would think it should allow you to choose which email you post with.
