We have migrated from fedorahosted to pagure.

Pagure has good collaboration feature which are lacking in trac. Some discussion in meeting.

Done.

Note that you can do this yourself on any trac you are admin on. Simply go to the admin -> permissions screen and select the TRAC_CREATE / TRAC_MODIFY next to 'authenticated' and click remove permissions.
