A new FAS group needs to be created for the [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Diversity Diversity Team]. This ticket is also blocking #5428.

The team can be "diversity-team".

= background analysis =

I'm not sure what all information is needed for a new FAS group, but if I'm added to it, I can take care of metadata and adding new members as appropriate.

Once this FAS group is created, #5428 can also be closed.
