I would still like to have wiki (although I only need/use one page). Please feel free to tell me that this is not supported/standard and that usually projects uses ... for their needs - I'll happily use that as well if it will make sense for my case.

With pagure.io you can make a README.md file in the top of your git repo and it will use that on your summary page. md is mark down syntax.

See for example: https://pagure.io/fedora-comps which has a README.md file.

If you need more complex things you can use the pagure docs repo. See:

If you only need one page, the README.md might meet your needs best.
