In order to properly lock down the OSBS system to not be able to accesss outside networks we need to be able to provide OSBS with a dnf/yum .repo file to inject into the docker container layered image buildroot that defines the correct internal mirror for each build target with differences for baseurl directory layout for stable, branched, and rawhide. This is a requirement upstream OSBS has on their roadmap to deliver a long term solution for but it's not likely that we will have a fix for it in the next six months. I spoke with the OSBS team and they are open to this, I plan to submit patches upstream for the changes I make to OSBS as well.

I would like to request a directory in kojipkgs for OSBS such as https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/osbs/ where I can ansible manage a set of repo files that correspond to the different build targets in koji for the containerbuilds.
