Apparently, after #5172 I started to get duplicate messages from 389-users list. Duplicates are coming from lists-dev instance.

I looked at loops by lists being subscribed as members on both servers but did not find anything suspicious. So I disabled the list on my dev server, you shouldn't get those duplicates anymore. Please reopen if you still get them. Thanks.
