I built mono-4.4.0-1 for Rawhide on Koji two days ago.
I thought it should be part of Rawhide by now.

koji build: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=746140

According to https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/mono it is in Rawhide.

But dnf clean all && dnf update does not upgrade my mono to 4.4.0-1 on my rawhide machine.

Also the Rawhide compose email from today does not include the upgrade. Yesterday there was no compose email.

No idea. is this is a general problem? Should I rebuild the package again in Koji?

So, the master mirrors have the updated package and tags look right.

It looks like it might just be a bunch of issues:

  • The compose the other day failed at some point before it sent the reports.

  • The compose today finished ok, but there may have been some syncing issues at the end of it.

Tomorrows compose should hopefully go normally and we should be back on track.
