Description:
This Calendar will be the place for us to track milestones for onboarding programs like Google Summer of Code and Outreachy, but also any other new-contributor friendly events. I don't want the scope to be narrowed to only one type of program, because it is my hope that more onboarding programs will want to engage with the Fedora community.

If this title is too vague, we could break it down into two new calendars: one for "summer-coding" and one for "outreachy" which would match the names of our mailing lists.

I'm always ready to defer to the wisdom of the infra team in either case :)
