We want to have a fedmsg-web bot in our #fedora-websites channel on freenode. The bot should send there a msg when anyone commits, does PR etc on our new repository, which is here: https://pagure.io/fedora-websites

I've tagged the project with ''fedora-app'' and ''fedmsg''.

I don't know if anything else is needed and if the bot can be managed later if it is too noisy.
