ltinkl account in FAS is marked as inactive, but it still a co-maintainer on 346 packages:

ltinkl (and any other dead fas accounts) should be removed from all packages in pkgdb

I talked to Rex Dieter and he in turn talked to ltinkl. They are going to look at updating their email address, but currently have no desire to maintain, so I went ahead and removed them from all the packages.

Note that we don't mass remove all inactive users or users who's emails bounced as we can't know for sure if they just intend to come back or have a temp problem with their email servers, so we leave that to their co-maintainers to determine.
