Reason for outage:
We are migrating fedorapeople.org to a new instance to allow for hardware reconfiguration on the server its currently on. Downtime should be short to allow for a final sync and cut over.

It appears that https://fedorapeople.org/~domcleal style links have stopped working, and now result in a 404 error. The https://domcleal.fedorapeople.org URLs still work.
(Last working on the 9th Feb for me, I guess it stopped since this outage.)
