Seems like it was disabled due to inactivity. Sorry for not promoting it very well back that time. At that time, we found quite a few noticable strings were not translated, so we decided to do l10n first. But sadly that was never fully carried out.

= implementation recommendation =

Now, after [https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/chinese/2016-January/016219.html some discussion] within the Chinese community, we would like to request to re-enable the instance of Ask Fedora in Simplified Chinese.

As for the moderators, we still have alick (me) and tonghuix around. mosquito volunteers as the third one in replace of endle.
