Change the dns entry from aarch64-01a.arm.fedoraproject.org (IP: 10.5.78.70) to compose-aarch64-01.arm.fedoraproject.org retaining the same IP.

Please also generate a fedmsg certificate for the new hostname (compose-aarch64-01.arm.fedoraproject.org) in ansible-private git repo.
