I restarted things and it's back.

We have another ticket landing monitoring for this and I know abompard is working on getting to the bottom of why the rest interface stops responding.

So, this is working fine for me and others, but still not the reporter here.

Something with their account must be causing some issue.

Sure. It's working for me too at the momment, and given the architecture and the error message, it's very unlikely that it's working for a user and not another. But I'm interested in having details: the precise time where the message occured, and the email address of the connected user.

I tried again just a few seconds ago of writing this comment and I am still receiving the same error. Here are screenshots for proof. My e-mail address can be found in the top right corner of the first screenshot.
