Sadly and anoyingly, RHIT allows us to talk to only ntp servers that are in several pools.
The ones there were in the pools and allowed when I added them, but apparently have been removed now. ;(
I've added a new crop of them... we should just setup our own ntp server(s) (will file a new ticket on that)
