Based on the discussion on mailing list and IRC meeting. The following are the initial group members who will help in doing manual Cloud QA work. They will need access to the Infra cloud under cloud SIG tenant.
Please note the user pryanka is yet to upload her ssh key. May be we can create her account later on.
I will handle this ticket after moving Infra Cloud to use FAS authentication.

This ancient ticket is still planned (we plan to make access available to a wide group of contributors), but first requires our new cloud be deployed.
