NFS1 is now in rotation. Its a EL4 box. This is in attempts to make sure nfslock stops failing.

This requires an outage, in theory it shouldn't but we don't have a good track record of making nfs changes and having them honored without a reboot. This will have to be done after the change freeze.
This failed horribly, RHEL4 didn't know what to do with the large ext3 filesystem.. Back to RHEL5. All is well.
