= phenomenon =
The Operations team for OpenShift Online would like a copr repo tied to a group. However we do not have a FAS group dedicated to us.

= background analysis =
On the ops team we are always adding new rpms that are dedicated to us, a lot of times it is deps for scripts we use. Our eventual goal is to get all these RPMs into Fedora and eventually EPEL but until we have time to go through that process having a repo we all can do builds in would be very helpful.

= implementation recommendation =
Create a openshift-ops FAS group and make it invite only.
