Insim is a web application for monitoring installation size of RPM
packages. It tracks installation and download sizes for selected
packages and allows comparing them among different repositories.
It's primary use case is helping package maintainers optimize package
dependencies.

I can make this in a bit, but perhaps it would be a better fit for you to just make it at https://pagure.io/ instead?
