Issue #4878: Staging Koji fails to build any package - fedora-infrastructure

When trying to build packages, staging Koji fails with {{{TypeError: 'int' object is not iterable}}}

This is now fixed.

I had to make sure the ssl fix was applied, fixed up some nfs mount issues.

https://koji.stg.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=90001444 is an example scratch build that worked fine.
