Please change the default assignee of python-blivet for all Fedora releases to blivet-maint-list@redhat.com. The current owner is dlehman@redhat.com who is now leading the blivet-maint-list team. All of these people report to me.
So, we can do this one of two ways:
1) create a pseuto-user that has that address in fas and set them to point of contact on the package.
2) setup a pkgdb group. This group would then have point of contact and also control commits to the package(s). You simply add someone to the group and they can commit to all of them.
I guess it depends on if this is just one package or if you plan to have a group of packages and if it's a small team or you plan on adding/removing people.

However we do this for anaconda is how we should do this for python-blivet. This is another multi-engineer project on the installer team and we want a mailing list alias to catch the bugs, just like we do for anaconda. All anaconda bugs that are opened default to anaconda-maint-list@redhat.com. That's what we're going for here. Except we want python-blivet bugs to go to blivet-maint-list@redhat.com.
I cannot remember how we set that up for the anaconda package, but it predates all of this stuff anyway.
