I would like to use a different email address for Fedora related mails. After changing my email address in FAS yesterday, I get nag emails that my bugzilla account uses a different email address.

My Fedora account (user: devos) should have the current configured email address for communication. The bugzilla account uses ndevos@redhat.com.
