Reason for outage:

We will be upgrading the authentication infrastructure from FedOAuth (https://github.com/fedoauth/fedoauth/) to Ipsilon (https://fedorahosted.org/ipsilon/). Logging in to any Fedora hosted service will not work during this time.
Note that also external services relying on Fedora login may not work.
