Since 2015-06-19, Jenkins reports "stderr: fatal: unable to connect to github.com: github.com[0: 192.30.252.128]: errno=Network is unreachable" [1]

= bug analysis =
It seems that it is not specific to DNF job nor to github.com since e.g. the gimp-help-2 job seems to be unable to connect to git.gnome.org.

= fix recommendation =
Restore the Internet connectivity.

This was caused by an invalid DHCP server to one of the workers, and has been fixed now.
