= bug description = https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1218787 was marked as F23 alpha blocking using the blockerbugs proposal feature. The bug itself correctly has Blocks field set to 1170817. However, https://qa.fedoraproject.org/blockerbugs/milestone/23/alpha/buglist doesn't show this bug.

I suspect, but haven't tested, that it doesn't show up because the bug version is set to 22 not 23. But it seems incorrect to set the bug to 23 because the bug is still a bug in Fedora 22.
= fix recommendation =
blockerbugs buglist should show bugs based on Blocks field, even if Version field doesn't match current release.
It's because it has RejectedBlocker in the whiteboard. If you want to re-propose a bug that has previously been rejected, you have to clear that.
Note, infra doesn't maintain blockerbugs, the QA tools folks do. Bugs should go to http://phab.qadevel.cloud.fedoraproject.org/ .
