I would like Koschei to be able to get SRPMs and repodata directly from Koji NFS export instead of downloading via HTTP and storing locally.

please revert, it is unneeded, what needs to hapen is kojipkgs.stg gets fixed to work
ok, since ausil prefers you use http/https access (and that will be the case in production), I reverted this.
