I would like to send occasional mail from Koschei (notifications for admins about cron jobs completed, failures etc.), no more than a few messages per day. Koschei is currently configured to relay mail through bastion, but that doesn't work - bastion postfix is rejecting connections from Koschei.

Attached patch configures postfix on koschei.cloud.fedoraproject.org not to relay mail, but send it directly. Postfix config file was copied from group jenkins-cloud.
