I have created the group in FAS: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/group/view/eclipse-sig

Few points:
- You will need to set-up the mailing list email yourself as you are the admin of the group
- I recommend you set-up the mailing list to be private for two reasons: a) you may receive security-sensible bug report and b) to avoid such email to end-up on the web: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/eclipse-sig/2015-January/thread.html

Once you have set-up the mailing list for the group in FAS, you will be able to give commit and watch* ACLs in pkgdb2 to {{{group::eclipse-sig}}}.
